What does it mean to associate a device with Iperius ONE?

Associating a device means connecting the computer to the Iperius ONE license and enabling the features provided by the available modules.

Once paired, the device can be monitored and managed from the centralized dashboard. Depending on the configuration you purchased, you can use features such as:

  • RMM computer monitoring;
  • CPU, memory and disk monitoring;
  • patch and update management;
  • antivirus and firewall monitoring;
  • backup configuration and control;
  • remote access;
  • view processes, files, and system events.

The association occupies a seat or one of the modules available in the Iperius ONE license.

New license or upgrade from Iperius Remote: what’s the difference?

Before pairing a computer, it is important to distinguish between a new Iperius ONE license and an upgrade performed by Iperius Remote.

If you upgraded from Iperius Remote, the presence of a computer in the list does not necessarily mean it is already associated with Iperius ONE. The device may be present because it belongs to the Iperius Remote Address Book, but it must still have the Iperius ONE Agent installed to use the RMM features.

Important: you can only associate new devices within the limits of the stations and modules available in your Iperius ONE license.
