Remote Desktop and Local Printers

Remote printing

One very useful feature for remote work is the ability to print from the remote computer directly to local printers. This feature allows you to work on a document on the remote computer but automatically print it on the printer installed on your local PC.

Iperius allows you to install a remote printer with a dedicated driver, and this can be used by any program. When you print a file with Iperius' remote printer, it is sent silently and automatically to the computer connected via remote desktop, from which you can then choose which local printer to use for printing.
