Iperius One remote access allows you to connect to monitored computers directly from the centralized dashboard, using the integration with Iperius Remote.

How to start a remote connection with Iperius One

1. Access the dashboard

Open the Iperius One dashboard and log in using your account credentials.

2. Open the Devices section

From the side menu, select Devices . This page lists all the computers registered on the platform.

3. Check the device status

Locate the computer you want to connect to and check the icons for Iperius One, Iperius Remote, and Remote Access.

The device must be online and the required components must be properly installed and running.

4. Open the Remote Access menu

In the device row, open the menu available in the Remote Access column .

If your computer is ready, the menu provides quick access to available connection options.

5. Start the connection

Select the command to connect to the device and confirm the opening of Iperius Remote if requested by the browser or operating system.

Once the session is started, you can control the remote desktop and use the functions available in the Iperius Remote client.

6. Close the session properly

Once the procedure is complete, close the connection from the Iperius Remote client. The completed session will then be available in the Iperius One history.

How to start remote access from the Overview

You can open a computer’s detailed page by clicking on the device name.

The Overview tab provides key information about your system and remote connection, including your computer’s status, component versions, and technical information.

From this page you can check that the device is reachable and use the dedicated command to start the connection.

How to manage the Remote Access section

From the Iperius One side menu, open Remote Access . This section contains the tools needed to professionally manage connections made via Iperius Remote.

The main areas available are:

  • Statistics;
  • Sessions;
  • Active sessions;
  • Custom client.

How to view connection statistics

  • number of sessions performed on certain days;
  • percentage of sessions managed by each operator;
  • total connection duration per day;
  • percentage of session duration per operator.

This feature is available for licenses that include the Rebranding package .
