  • What types of backup can I run with Iperius ONE?

    Iperius ONE supports backup of files and folders, complete disk images, Hyper-V virtual machines, Microsoft 365 data (Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams) and SQL Server databases. All backups can be saved to local destinations, NAS, FTP/SFTP and the main cloud storage services.

  • Do backups slow down computers while working?

    No. Backups run on the fly using Windows VSS (Volume Shadow Copy) technology, without interrupting the applications in use. You can also schedule executions during low-usage hours and limit the bandwidth used for cloud uploads.

  • How am I notified if a backup fails?

    The results of all backups flow into the Iperius ONE dashboard. In the event of an error, you immediately receive a PUSH notification on your smartphone and an alert email. In the console you can view detailed logs, execution history and statistics for every device.

  • Is my data safe from ransomware?

    Yes. The best strategy against ransomware is off-site backup: AES-256 encrypted copies sent to the cloud or remote destinations that cannot be reached by any malware on the local network. With retention and versioning you can also restore previous versions of files, from before the infection.

  • Can I manage backups for multiple clients as an MSP?

    Yes. Iperius ONE is also designed for MSPs and resellers: you can organize devices by client or group, apply different backup policies, monitor the results of all tenants from a single console and receive centralized alerts for any anomaly.
