Sign up on Iperius ONE and access the cloud control panel. You'll immediately get a unified view of all your devices, with the real-time status of every endpoint on your network.

Generate the Iperius ONE Agent setup

From the panel, download the agent's MSI package, already configured with your account's token. Install it manually on one device, or deploy it silently across your entire fleet of machines via Group Policy (GPO).

Frequently asked questions about RMM

  • How many devices can I monitor with Iperius ONE RMM?

    Iperius ONE RMM does not impose limits on the number of devices you can monitor. The number of manageable endpoints depends on the plan chosen: Starter supports up to 25 devices, Professional up to 100, Enterprise is unlimited. In all plans, devices in the RMM address book are included with no additional cost per individual endpoint.

  • Do PUSH notifications work on iOS and Android?

    Yes. Iperius ONE's PUSH notifications are compatible with iOS and Android. Simply install the Iperius ONE app on your smartphone and link it to your account: from that moment on, you'll receive real-time alerts for backups, system events, exceeded thresholds and any anomaly configured in the policies.

  • How does mass deployment via MSI/GPO work?

    From the Iperius ONE panel, you can download the agent's MSI package, pre-configured with your account's token. The file can be distributed via Group Policy Object (GPO) to all computers in the Active Directory domain, installing and activating the agent silently without any interaction from end users.

  • Can I create custom alerts for specific thresholds?

    Yes. For each policy you can define custom thresholds for any metric: CPU and RAM usage percentage, free disk space, temperature, S.M.A.R.T. status, Windows service availability and much more. You can associate an automatic action with each threshold: notification, script execution or service restart.

  • Does the RMM module include security patch management?

    Yes. Iperius ONE includes a complete Patch Management module integrated into the RMM. You can view missing patches on each device, approve or exclude specific updates, and configure scheduled automatic patching policies by time and day of the week, minimizing exposure to vulnerabilities.
